Mantra 2 Real Estate Inc. (the "Company" and/or 'Mantra Real Estate") having terminated an option agreement (the "Option Agreement") with the Vendor who had an option to acquire a real estate project (the "Paradise Project")  in Croatia is now seeking and reviewing new advanced real estate projects for acquisition and development.

The Option Agreement for the Paradise Project was acquired by the Company from AsiaBaseMetals Inc. pursuant to the completion of a plan of arrangement ("POA") undertaken and completed by AsiaBaseMetals Inc. (TSX.V: ABZ)  in September, 2020.
