The company having truncated its last project in Croatia is continuing to seek and review advanced real estate projects. I believe that the real estate sector is once again, coming into favor with not only Covid behind us, but also with the expected and imminent drop in the interest rates around the world.

The Company, having faced the past economic difficult times caused due to the Covid epidemic and subsequent high interest rates to fight inflation, terminated its initial project in Croatia, part of the European Union ("EU"), Additionally, the Company controlled it costs to a minimal level to restrict shareholder dilution. The recent on-going sentiment in the real estate markets of under performance provides the Company an opportunity, once again , to pursue and acquire advanced real estate assets; hence, the Company has embarked on reviewing new projects for acquisition with the expected decline in interest rates and recovery in the Real Estate Sector. .
Based on current global economic, social, political, environmental & ecological dynamics & the transforming trends emerging at a time when the world population growth, especially of the elderly reaches new highs, the demand for real estate, especially catering to the elderly, will reach highest levels both in the established westernized economies and the emerging economies. And, this is all happening when the real estate sector needs to emerge from a period of being in somewhat of a disarray.
Note: Pursuant to the Company's business plan, when the Company first was created as a reporting company seeking a listing on a stock exchange in 2020, immediately following the onset of the Covid epidemic, the last real estate project in Croatia was acquired at what management believes to be exceptionally low price, representing "half of the price of the project today "; and without significant dilution to shareholders. upon the completion of an extensive review of global demand for various types of real estate when real estate prices were unfavorable and/or depressed., especially in Croatia.
The right time to Acquire Advanced Real Estate projects is "Now". Our Team can accomplish it, and again, with shareholder/investor support.
Mantra 2 Real Estate Inc. had entered into an option agreement (the "Option Agreement"), subsequently terminated (due to travel restrictions caused by Covid) by the Company, to acquire and develop Luxury Homes and Luxury Hotel. [see AsiaBaseMetals Inc. (Trading Symbol: TSX.V: ABZ). News Release Apr 16, 2020'.
Pursuant to the Option Agreement the Company had secured the right to acquire a real-estate project in Rogoznica-Lozica, Dalmatia Region, Croatia (the ”Paradise Resort”) with the optionor (the "Optionor"),.
Pursuant to which the Company had an option (the "Option") to acquire the right of the Optionor under an underlying agreement with the owner of the real estate in Rogoznica-Lozica, Croatia (the "Property"), allowing the Company to develop the Property (comprising 21,223 m2 in size) located adjacent to the ocean front in Rogoznica-Lozica, Croatia. into the Paradise Resort, consisting of Luxury Hotel (32 rooms) and Luxury Homes (24 homes).
Travel Restrictions caused by the Covid epidemic necessitated the termination.
As such, the Company terminated the Option Agreement, and is seeking new projects; “Projects of Tomorrow”.
Risk Management: As you all appreciate, the Real Estate Industry does have business risks. "To mitigate Risk", even when the projects and markets are looking positive, one needs to add additional prospective advanced projects, especially when the time to do so is opportune; as is the case now.
